It’s been a tough writing week, but I’m close to a third of the way through the Susie Steele sequel. I’ve been very happy with the shape of the novel. The start is a bit of a fantastic mess as Susie deals with the ramifications of the last novel. And I load her up with more issues to juggle. I’ve just led the girls to the handiwork of this novel’s villain. But they won’t understand the implications just yet. They do manage to tear a house apart.
Today is a bit of a writing non-starter as my usual chance to write while the baby sleeps has been blocked. See the picture to find out my issue. My bum is now officially more numb than a needle of anaesthetic. I’ve been enjoying season 3 of Disovery and am curious as to where it goes. I wish the new Ghostbusters movie would go straight to DVD. I don’t want to wait a year. I wonder if the whole cinema experience is mortally wounded. Will it survive even after a vaccine?
